What is the TTAP Financial Loan Program
The TTAP Financial Loan Program provides Texans with disabilities affordable loans to help purchase much-needed assistive technology to improve quality of life and independence.
- Our loans range from $500-$25,000
- Fixed interest rate of 7%
- Up to 5 year terms
This is NOT a grant; this is a financial loan that must be paid back.
Eligibility Requirements
You must be:
- A resident of Texas.
- 18 years or older.
- A person with a disability, an older adult, or an individual applying on behalf of the person with a disability or older adult.
How to Apply for a TTAP Financial Loan
You can complete the questionnaire online or over the phone with our alternative financing staff. This gives us the opportunity to see if you meet the initial requirements for our loan program, or if you could be directed to other sources of funding if found ineligible.
