CONNECTING CONSUMERS TO COMMUNITY AND HEALTHCARE
This collaboration between TTAP and CAPCOG is for the purposes of reducing social isolation and increasing connectivity for older persons, persons with disabilities, and their caregivers.
CAPCOG consumers can check out tele-connection and tele-health kits for up to 35 days to try the technology before they buy the technology.
The collaboration is funded by Administration for Community Living (ACL) Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC)/No Wrong Door (NWD) System Critical Relief Funds for COVID-19 Pandemic Response. Funding was provided through the ACL to the Office of the Aging and Disability Resource Centers, Texas Department of Health and Human Services.
