Please review prior to the conference:

  • Location: The Commons Learning Center is located on the JJ Pickle Research Campus, NOT the main UT campus downtown. The Commons is easy to find at the "Pickle" because it is right next to the 80-foot water tower with a UT Longhorn logo on it. Drop off on the east side of the Commons Building near the orange and blue Cafe' sign, and go to the double doors past the outdoor dining patio.
  • Getting here and Wayfinding:
  • Adult care/changing room is available in the Lonestar Room.
  • CEUs: We will offer a variety of CEUs. View the CEU page, or links in the Conference App
  • Lunch: A variety of box lunches will be provided. Additionally, the Commons Cafe is onsite, and there are a variety of dining venues near by at the Domain, the Shops at Arbor Walk, and the Arboretum.
  • Connectivity: Internet access is available at no charge via the utguest network.
  • Tourism: There is plenty to do in Austin after hours!
