Welcome to TTAP’s annual Assistive Technology (A.T.) Conference! We invite you to join us again for amazing spotlight presenters, cutting edge concurrent sessions, and a packed Exhibit Hall showcasing all of the latest technologies!

There will be added opportunities to collaborate and network within and across professions as well as explore inter-agency connections that support the full life spectrum of Texans with disabilities, their caregivers, and their support networks.

Call For Presenters opens January 26, 2026, and closes April 30, 2026. Submit a session proposal! A variety of assistive technology practitioners, exhibitors, caregivers, and people with disabilities present at our conference. Accepted speakers will be able to register for $50.00. Exhibitors may submit sessions. Priority will be given to Exhibitor Sponsors. Presentations rooms are equipped with computer imaging systems, and amplification. After acceptance, presenters are expected to access the Speaker Center to upload accessible handouts if appropriate, a vita or resume (for continuing education credit purposes), and a headshot photo for the conference website/app.

Participant Registration

  • Early Bird Registration $260 until 5/30/2026
  • Registration $300 after 5/30/2026
  • $25 dollar discount per person for AT teams of 4 or more
  • Accepted Presenters $50 for up to 3 total presenters (Submissions close April 30, 2026, notification by May 25, 2026)

  • Exhibitor: For-Profit Company $370
  • Exhibitor: Non-Profit $250
  • Exhibitor: State Agency $225
  • Exhibitor/Sponsor: $1000
  • Two booth staff included, $50 for each additional staff up to 4 total staff
  • Call for presentations January 26, 2026 to April 30, 2026
  • Up to 3 accepted attendee presenters are provided a discounted registration of $50
  • Exhibitors may submit a proposal
  • Exhibitor Sponsors will receive priority review for sessions submission (acceptance not guaranteed)
